Well this one was a weird game from start to finish. Rich picked the sides and perhaps got it wrong from the outset. The greens (Darren, Piers, Billy, Rich, Tony) were always second best to a colours side (Tim, Tor, Marcus, Jas, Momodu, Lee) that had the extra man throughout the match.
The greens did hold the colours to a 2-2 scoreline for a while, but the numbers (and fitness?) told in the end and the colours ended up winning by 5 goals.
Memorable moments...several people not turning up and leaving us with only 11 players grrr...Tor and Tim's tireless running and passing...Billy's inability to pass it to a fellow team member...Darren's exquisite turn on the left wing to set up a rare goal for the greens...Billy's headed miss from 3 yards with an open goal...
